After serving as a travel nurse during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Amber experienced firsthand the emotional and physical toll bedside nursing can take. Burnout came quickly—and deeply. She realized that in a profession built on caring for others, nurses often forget to care for themselves.

Choosing to prioritize her well-being, Amber stepped away from the bedside and transitioned into the health tech space—where she could still use her nursing expertise while reclaiming her work-life balance.

That pivotal shift inspired her to create Seven2Seven—a wellness brand dedicated to celebrating and supporting nurses beyond the scrubs. Amber’s mission is simple but powerful: to pour back into the people who pour so much into everyone else.

Through intentional products, heartfelt messaging, and a growing community, she hopes to remind every nurse that they deserve rest, recognition, and joy—not just on their days off, but every single day.
